The Lee Center, a local Fayette County industrial
park and retail center, has been serving the needs of the community and
area businesses for over three decades. Conveniently located one mile
north of the Fayette Pavilion and nine miles south of Atlanta Hartsfield
Jackson Airport, the Lee Center includes a wide range of businesses in
its twelve warehouse buildings on Bethea Road and three retail buildings
facing Georgia Hwy 314.
The development of the Lee Center began in 1975
when Julian H. Lee, Jr., and his father Julian Lee, Sr., had a vision to
create an industrial park with warehouse, office, and storefront spaces
for lease. Their goal was to provide new or existing business owners
the opportunity to start or expand their business without incurring such
large overhead costs for rent. Today, the Lee Center has grown from a
single warehouse to fifteen mixed use buildings encompassing more than
three hundred thousand square feet serving both industrial and retail
businesses.
The Lee Center, with its on-site leasing and
management facility, employs a full time maintenance and lawn care staff
to meet the needs of its many diversified tenants. Still owned and
operated by the Lee family partnership, Lee Center North, LLLP, the Lee
Center’s goal is to provide an affordable, clean, well-maintained and
friendly atmosphere to continue to foster the entrepreneurial spirit.
We look at each of our tenants as part of “our family”, and, in order
for our business to thrive and grow, we depend upon the success of each
and every business that leases at the Lee Center.
