J. H. Lee Company
J. H. Lee Company has been a long-standing family owned business for thirty-eight years. The development of the Lee Center in Fayetteville, Georgia began in March of 1975.
The Lee family had a vision to create an industrial park with warehouse, office, and storefront spaces for lease for a reasonable cost so that new or old business owners could start or expand their business with out incurring such a large overhead cost for rent.
Mr. Lee, being an entrepreneur and business owner himself, understood the struggles of owning your own business, and his dream was to help other entrepreneurs succeed also.
What began as one 10,000 square feet building has grown into fourteen warehouse and storefront buildings totaling over 300,000 square feet. The Lee Center provides a well-maintained environment for business owners. Our leasing and management office is located on site so that we can take care of tenants needs in a timely manner.
We look at each of our tenants as part of "our family" and in order for our business to thrive and grow, we depend on the success of each and every business that leases at Lee Center. Therefore, we pride ourselves in doing what we can in order to help their business succeed.
